Sean and Lisa Michaud, both graduates of Charis Bible College of Colorado (1997) and ordained by Andrew Wommack and CBC leadership in 1998, embarked on a dedicated path of missionary service in 1999.

​

For fourteen years, their ministry spanned continents, impacting lives in Venezuela, Trinidad, Russia, and South Africa. Their experiences included discipling new believers in Venezuela, pastoring in Lisa's native Trinidad for three years, spearheading bible schools and village outreach programs in Russia, and ministering in South Africa in churches and conducting discipleship groups.

 

In May 2005, they established Kingdom Equippers Ministries International, an organization dedicated to preaching the Gospel and training laborers worldwide to fulfill the Great Commission.

A significant achievement in Russia was the development of a DVD bible school, which proved instrumental in churches and home groups, demonstrably transforming lives and equipping individuals to spread the Gospel. These trained individuals went on to found new churches in previously unreached villages and towns, utilizing the DVDs to disciple new believers.

Returning to the United States in 2013, Sean and Lisa have continued their global ministry, preaching and teaching the Good News, including the implementation of a tablet-based bible school for Zulu pastors and leaders in South Africa from 2018-2024, which has been instrumental in transforming lives and enhancing the effectiveness of local ministries.
